Charity’s Plumbing Solutions was founded with a clear mission: to provide honest, high-quality plumbing and water treatment services rooted in transparency, education, and care for every homeowner we served.
From day one, this was never just about plumbing — it was about people.
Founded by Charity Tovar and Rigo Tovar, Charity’s Plumbing Solutions quickly became known throughout the Phoenix and Laveen communities for doing things differently:

In less than two years, the company grew into a trusted, million-dollar business — built almost entirely on relationships, referrals, and reputation.
Why We Started

After thoughtful consideration, we made the decision to transition away from operating Charity’s Plumbing Solutions as a standalone business. This was not a step back — it was a strategic step forward to better serve our clients with expanded resources, specialization, and long-term sustainability.

Rigo Tovar is now proudly serving clients through Custom Plumbing of Arizona, LLC a 21-year-established plumbing company offering 24/7 service.
Rigo continues delivering the same high-level workmanship, experience, and integrity that built the Charity’s Plumbing Solutions name.
Water Treatment & Home Water Quality
Charity Tovar is now with AZ Water Solutions,
a 12-year-established water treatment company specializing in residential solutions and homeowner education.
Charity continues her mission of helping families improve the quality of their water — for drinking, bathing, and protecting their homes.
